Little Lamb Class
Little Lamb – Introduces young children to God’s love through simple Bible lessons, play, songs, and family-centered activities that build confidence and good behavior.
The Little Lamb Class is the introductory level of the Adventurer Club curriculum in the Seventh-day Adventist Church and is designed for children who are typically 4 years old. This class provides a loving, safe, and joyful environment where young children are introduced to God’s love through age-appropriate activities that encourage spiritual, mental, physical, and social development. Through Bible stories, songs, prayers, games, crafts, nature exploration, and creative play, children begin to understand that Jesus loves them and cares for them. The class also helps children develop positive habits such as obedience, kindness, sharing, respect, and cooperation while encouraging curiosity and confidence in learning.
The Little Lamb Class strongly emphasizes family involvement, recognizing parents and guardians as important partners in a child’s spiritual and personal growth. Activities are designed to strengthen family relationships while helping children learn simple life skills, healthy habits, safety awareness, and appreciation for God’s creation. Through fun and interactive experiences, children build friendships, develop communication and motor skills, and gain confidence in participating in group activities. By the end of the course, Little Lambs are expected to demonstrate a growing awareness of God’s love, positive social behavior, basic self-care skills, and enthusiasm for learning and helping others.
